Investment casting is a metal-forming technique, which usually uses heat-resistant ceramic material attached to wax mold to form ceramic mold. After the mold is dried, the wax material is heated and melted, and the cavity mold is made. Then inject the molten metal into a preheated ceramic mold to form a cast.

Our high-end equipments and automatic process control ensure that the castings have stable quality and dimensional accuracy, the dimensional tolerance has reached ±0.1mm tolerance. We produce a wide range of investment casting size, the minimum size can be 10 mm long, 10 mm wide, 10 mm high, the minimum weight is 0.01 kg, the maximum size can be up to 1000 mm long, 100 kg weight.
